Student Supports

At Walcom Ngarrwa SC, we believe that all students deserve to be supported in achieving their goals. As no two students are the same, this means we take an individualised approach to supporting our students. This is achieved through our multi-tier system of supports.

This works across all areas of the school including behaviour, wellbeing, inclusion and attendance.

At Tier 1, all students in the school receive guidance and support to build a culture of positivity towards education. For students requiring further support, our Tier 2 programs are aimed at groups of students that may need short-term or additional supports to succeed in their education and beyond. Tier 3 supports are highly-individualised and targeted at specific students who need them to support their access to education.
